Terms of Use

This page contains the user agreement between you (the user/ customer) and PureAiro Solution Inc. In this agreement, the term “site” will be used to represent all PureAiro Solution Inc. associations, online and affiliate websites, PureAiro applications, and any other digital tools used to provide you with any information on PureAiro Solution Inc.

In this user agreement the term “you” or “your” will be used to refer to the site user.

PureAiro Solution Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this agreement without notice. Please also review our Privacy Policy page, which is also a vital part of this agreement, which provides you with a detailed description of how PureAiro Solution Inc. handles your personal information.

Your Rights
PureAiro Solution Inc. grants you non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access, use, and display the site and all its information and materials. You are allowed to download or print any of the information displayed on the site, provided usage complies with the guidelines in this agreement or you have our expressed permission to do so.
The content of this site will be used for personal use only not for commercial use. You are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or reposting anything on the site. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operations of this site.
Computer Damage
Our site is built to be free of viruses or trojans. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this site or any other website accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. We will not be liable for any damage or loss which may arise to your computer from using our site.

Product Charges
PureAiro Solution Inc. must receive the whole purchase payment for any of our products before your order is accepted. Making payment for the product you are interested in—represent an offer on your part to purchase the product. Your offer is accepted by us only when the goods are packaged and dispatched to you. It is only at this point that the purchase process becomes a legally binding contract between you and PureAiro Solution Inc.

PureAiro Solution Inc. will only accept orders paid for using a valid debit or credit card, or any other payment methods listed on our site. All product costs are always inclusive of all fees and charges, including applicable taxes that may be incurred. However, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees depending on where the product is to be shipped.
For custom-build products, we will provide you with a detailed email with the amount it will cost to build and ship the desired product as per your specifications and product description. The email will also contain details of the estimated delivery time of the product and how long the suggested price is valid.
We update the prices of our products often and reserve the right to change the price without prior notice.
We are not responsible for the card issuer or the bank charging you as a result of the credit or debit card payment as per your order.
Order Acknowledgment
For any order to be accepted, you must provide:

Your email address
Accurate shipping address and personal information (names)
Payment via a PureAiro Solution Inc. approved payment method
We will notify you by email as soon as we confirm the payment receipt on our end. You must confirm your order details before the order is approved to avoid doubt.

User Membership
By requesting product information or a newsletter, purchasing a PureAiro product, providing your email address to receive PureAiro Solution Inc.-related information or promotions, or creating a user account, you are considered a PureAiro Solution Inc. member. You are allowed to choose your notification preferences. All members are entitled to membership benefits, including discounts, and will also get exclusive notifications for any future PureAiro promotions.

Content Accuracy
PureAiro Solution Inc. has keenly revised the content on this site, especially to ensure that the prices displayed are correct when published, and that all goods have been accurately described. However, any order will only be processed if there are zero errors in the description of the goods or listing prices on the site. Note: all weight, capacities, and dimensions given on any product are approximations only.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the product ordered is not available in stock, PureAiro Solution Inc. will contact you via email or phone. You can choose to wait until the product is available or cancel your order.

Order Errors
PureAiro Solution Inc. requires you to recheck and verify your order details are correct once payment is received. Once you click “Submit” at the end of the ordering process, the product will move on to be shipped.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the product ordered and your geographic location.

Delivery PureAiro Solution Inc. aims to be a global company; however, it might not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. You might also be required to pay extra for delivery in some locations.
We only deliver our products to the shipping address you provide while completing your order. Therefore, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information. We also urge you to provide an alternative address, where you would like the product delivered if you are not available upon delivery.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once delivered as per your delivery instructions (unless the damage is caused by our negligence). We are dedicated to ensuring the product is delivered as per the stated timeline; however, we cannot 100 percent guarantee the estimated delivery time. We aim to deliver your product as fast as possible; the product leaves our warehouse in under 24 hours after payment and our delivery timeline is within 25 to 30 days from payment verification.
Unless we agree otherwise, all products must be signed for upon delivery by a person over 18 years of age.
In case the delivery time extends beyond this time frame, we will contact you and inform you of your order’s progress and provide you with the new delivery date. You can reach us at support@pureairo.com with any inquiries.
Once the product is delivered to you, you automatically become responsible for its care. PureAiro Solution Inc. is no longer liable for product loss or destruction.
Ownership and Risk Transfer
The risk of product loss or damage automatically passes onto you once the product is delivered to its intended address.
If you decide to use your own courier service, the risk of loss or damage of the product is transferred to you upon immediate transfer to your chosen courier.
Customer Cancellation Rights
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us with a clear cancelation request via phone or email. Please have your proof of purchase of the product to simplify any returns.
Once the product ordered has been bespoke (made to order), the order cannot be canceled.
If you cancel your purchase after the product’s shipment, do not unpack the product after delivery. Instead, please send the product back to our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damages. Any damages will be deducted from your refund. If the product has been in use before refunding, there will be extracted deductions to replace the filters.
You should receive your refund within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned product. In the case the product is yet to be shipped, we will include the shipping fee in the total refund.
When are consumer rights affected?
If the faults in the product are covered in the warranty policy, you will receive a product replacement. However, you are required to notify us of the fault immediately. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund as per the consumer’s rights.

Cancellation by PureAiro Solution Inc
PureAiro Solution Inc. reserves the right to cancel or deny your order if:
We do not have sufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered.
We do not deliver to your requested area.
TThe product price or description is incorrectly published due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing listing.

When we do not process your order for any of the above reasons, we will notify you via email or phone. Any money deducted from your debit or credit card will be refunded within 7 business days.
Unless informed otherwise, if the product ordered is not delivered within 30 days from the date of payment with no communication from us on the whereabouts of the order, you can choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We are only responsible for any losses that are natural and a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if prevented from complying with the obligation set in these terms and conditions by anything do or failed to do because of factors that are beyond our control.
You must observe and comply with all applicable legislation and regulations which may include all necessary customs for importing or other required permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation and exportation laws vary from country to country; some may prohibit the purchase of certain products.
All regulations in these terms and conditions are not intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law. You have the rights as a consumer, including legal rights relating to faulty and/or misdescribed goods.
We endeavor to constantly improve our services and products. If you have a complaint, please inform us of any issues, complaints, or challenges, and we will keep you informed throughout our complaint-handling process to find an amicable solution.

Changes to Notice
These terms and conditions are not an agreement intended or conferring any rights on a third party.

PureAiro solution Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or update them from time to time, without offering prior notices, hence we encourage you to keep looking through them often.

Your usage of this site is an acknowledgment and an agreement to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
