When returning your unit, PureAiro requires proof of purchase. You may provide us with your product’s serial or purchase number as proof. After which, we will approve the product return process. In the event of a malfunction, the PureAiro team will inspect the product free of charge and get contact you within four days of receiving the returned product.
In the event that the damage falls within the scope of your product’s warranty (refer to Warranty Services), PureAiro will replace or repair the product at our own expense. If we do not discover the cause of the defect, or we establish that the defect is not covered by the product’s warranty, the product can be replaced or repaired at your own expense. In either of these conditions, the purchaser must pay shipping costs. Please note that the product must be in the exact condition it was received and also be returned in its original packaging.
If you prefer to cancel an order after negotiation and agreement with the PureAiro staff, we will initiate a refund to your chosen payment method.
The refund may take up to 10 days before it is reflected on your bank statement. Time frames may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you would like to exchange any product bought from our distributors or via the PureAiro website, we are willing to listen and assist. However, exchanges are limited if the return falls after 30 days within the product’s original purchase. Any additional product expenses will be refunded. The buyer must expect to pay shipping expenses.
