Warranty Steps

Once you receive your PureAiro product, be sure to register its warranty online at pureairo.com. Simply fill out the warranty registration form on the Warranty Registration page, and submit your products information to the PureAiro team. We will save your installation and purchasing information and put your warranty into action.

If PureAiro does not receive your warranty registration, the product’s warranty period will begin on the day the unit left the warehouse for shipment. Please be sure to record the serial number and the date the unit was installed to help you receive a return authorization number if need be.

If we don't receive the warranty registration, the warranty period will begin from the day the unit left the warehouse for shipment. Ensure to record the serial number as well as the date the unit was installed. The information will be required to help you receive a Return Authorization number.

Additional Returns Support

If you need to send your purchase back for any reason, our team will inspect the unit and send you your inspection results within SEVENTY-TWO hours, free of charge.

If the product is returned within 90 days of the original purchase date, we will pay the shipping charges and the cost of the return.
